In the TAKA FC Water Tracking tutorial we walk you through how to track your daily consumption of water. This is an extremely easy process. Just pull up the Water Widget and tap the "+" sign every time you drink a glass of water. You can even add a custom amount if your water bottle or jug is bigger.
