In the TAKA FC App Workouts tutorial we walk you through the workouts section. In this section there are a few things to learn. We will be going through: (1) How to preview exercises (2) Starting the workout (3) rating the workout when completed. We have not added music to the workouts so you will be able to listen to your own playlist while you complete the exercises. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
